END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GENERAL

This End User Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Okgildong Soft Inc. ("Okgildong Soft") governing your use of any application, updates, and upgrades (collectively the "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by: (1) this Agreement, and (2) Okgildong Soft’s Privacy Policy (available at your privacy policy link). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APPLICATION.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Okgildong Soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions: You may not: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (iii) rent, lease, or lend the Application; (iv) remove any proprietary notices.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of this license.

3. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS

The Application may include links to third-party websites or promotional offers (e.g., rewarded ads for in-game currency). Okgildong Soft is not responsible for the content, goods, or services provided by these third parties. Any charges or obligations incurred with third parties are your sole responsibility.

4. AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATIONS & UPDATES

The Application may automatically communicate with Okgildong Soft’s servers to:

Check for updates, bug fixes, and patches.
Authenticate your user ID and account for premium services.
Collect non-personally identifiable usage data to improve service performance.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & VIRTUAL ITEMS

Title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the Application remain with Okgildong Soft.

Virtual Items: You may "purchase" or "earn" virtual currency or in-game items ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property interest in these Virtual Items. They are licensed to you as part of your account.
Okgildong Soft has the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.
No Real-World Trading: Trading or selling Virtual Items for "real-world" money outside the service is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Purchases made through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play) are subject to those platforms' payment policies.

Okgildong Soft only receives transaction records and does not store your financial data.
Refunds: As per applicable law, refunds for used or immediately reflected Virtual Items may be restricted. Any refund requests should be directed to the respective App Store provider.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKGILDONG SOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Okgildong Soft’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software or US$20.00, whichever is greater.

8. SERVICE USE RESTRICTION

Okgildong Soft may terminate your access without prior notice if you:

Provide false information during registration.
Use illegal programs, macros, or exploit bugs.
Harass, threaten, or cause discomfort to other users.
Engage in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the game.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Okgildong Soft harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Korea.
